Matt Capecelatro
Mr. Capecelatro is responsible for assisting clients in solving their industrial real estate challenges. His expertise includes lease negotiations, property acquisitions and dispositions, site selection supply, and strategic consulting.
Experience
Mr. Capecelatro has fourteen years of experience in industrial real estate with First Industrial, The Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle. He’s been involved in more than 450 lease transactions and several building and land sales. He is currently part of a team that represents the State of Colorado and works on all of the State's industrial real estate transactions. His background in property management, accounting, construction and financial analysis allow him to facilitate a wide range of transactions.
Mr. Capecelatro's clients include: Douglas County School District, Clean Harbors, Ferguson Enterprises, Stock Lumber, Denver News Agency/Scripps, Metalwest, All Coast Forest Products, Wagner Interior, State of Colorado, Pepperidge Farm, and Reddy Ice.
Education & Affiliations
Mr. Capecelatro received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®. He is a Director on the Associate Board of Associated General Contractors of Colorado.
